Feeding Our Neighbors in Waynesboro
Located at Second Presbyterian Church in Waynesboro, Disciples Kitchen has been a beacon of hope in our community for over 14 years. This dedicated soup kitchen has served more than 120,000 meals to neighbors in need — a remarkable testament to the power of community coming together to care for one another.
Karen Carpenter, Managing Broker at Kline May Realty, led our team in supporting Disciples Kitchen by donating soup, sandwiches, and cookies to help serve approximately 45 people during a meal service. It's the kind of hands-on involvement that defines our company's commitment to the Valley.
Disciples Kitchen serves meals Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM, and Saturday breakfast from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at Basic United Methodist Church. If you'd like to volunteer or donate, we encourage you to reach out — every contribution makes a difference in someone's day.
