Derek Flory and the Mountain Valley Homes Team at Kline May Realty believe that buying or selling a home should do more than just change addresses — it should make a difference in the community. That's why they created a unique program that lets clients choose a nonprofit organization to receive a donation upon the completion of their home sale.
Through this initiative, the team donated $2,100 to three deserving organizations: The Mosby Foundation, which provides care and support for dogs in need; Blue Ridge CASA, advocating for children in the court system; and Augusta Regional SPCA, which received $1,100 to support their mission of animal rescue and care.
